This Mining Company Just Landed a $500M Deal with Apple

MP Materials Corp. (NYSE: MP) Just after striking a major deal with Apple, the rare earths company has announced an upsized underwritten public offering from $500 million to approximately $650 million.
Volcon, Inc. (NASDAQ: VLCN) The electric powersports company entered into securities purchase agreements for a private placement expected gross proceeds of more than $500 million to initiate Bitcoin treasury strategy.
Draganfly Inc. (NASDAQ: DPRO, CSE: DPRO) The drone and robotics company closed its previously announced registered direct offering raising approximately $25 million for the development and marketing of the Company’s core products, potential acquisitions and R&D.
Following MP Materials announcement of a strategic $500 million partnership with Apple, the Company has just announced it has upsized its recent public offering to approximately $650 million.

According to the Company, MP Materials is America’s only fully integrated rare earth producer with capabilities spanning the entire supply chain—from mining and processing to advanced metallization and magnet manufacturing. MP extracts and refines materials from one of the world’s richest rare earth deposits in California and manufacture the world’s strongest and most efficient permanent magnets.
The Company’s products enable innovation across critical sectors of the modern economy, including transportation, energy, robotics, defense, and aerospace.
Volcon Inc. has announced a $500 million private placement to initiate its bitcoin treasury strategy.
Based in the Austin, Texas area, Volcon was founded as the first all-electric power sports company sourcing high-quality and sustainable electric vehicles for the outdoor community. Volcon electric vehicles are the future of off-roading, not only because of their environmental benefits but also because of their near-silent operation, which allows for a more immersive outdoor experience.

Draganfly Inc., a leading drone and robotics company has closed its previously announced registered direct offering raising approximately $25 million.
